Overview
Ringette Ontario is seeking coaches and trainers to be a part of the Ringette Ontario AAA High Performance Program for the upcoming season.
The Ringette Ontario AAA HP Program focus is on development and creation of a competitive program that provides players with exposure to high level development opportunities as well as the best high-performance coaching in Ontario. The AAA HP Program allows Ringette Ontario selected Coaches, including the Team Ontario bench staff to identify and develop Ontario’s most gifted young ringette players, to encourage and motivate them to play for their province, and to provide them with the opportunities to measure and refine their skills at the top-level competitions. These competitions may include the Ontario Winter Games (U19) and Canada Winter Games (U20), as well as possible future opportunities within the NRL, the Junior National Team, and Senior National Team Programs.

Eligibility
Coaches must have the following qualifications to be considered:
- Competition Introduction (CI) Certification
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Making Head Way in Sport
- Safe Sport Training
Trainers must have the following qualifications:
- Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders and/or Safe Sport Training
- Standard First Aid or Equivalent
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Making Head Way in Sport
