All requests for players to participate or register in an age category that is not specified as their age group, except for FUN1 or FUN2 must be in the form of a written request sent to the region and Ringette Ontario.
The request must be sent to and approved by both the Region Membership Services Coordinator (if applicable) and the Ringette Ontario Membership Coordinator.
U12 A, B, C: Up to two (2) over-aged players will be permitted on the TRF. Request Form HERE
U14 & U16 B, C: Up to three (3) over-aged players will be permitted on the TRF. These players should be approved based on team viability.
Approvals: All approvals will be provided by the RO Membership Coordinator via email following submission of this form.
There will be no approvals over over-aged players at U14-U19 A or AA.
